CUSTOMER LOYALTY CARDS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before joining Chefs Club (the “Service”) operated by The Canary and Linnet (“Us”, “We”, or “Our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use the Service.

 

The Loyalty Card

On registering for the Service We will provide a Loyalty Card.

The Loyalty Card remains the property of the Canary & Linnet at all time and may not be modified in any way.

The Loyalty Card is non-transferable and must be presented at the time of purchase or at the till. The points gained will be assigned to your account. Purchases made before cardholder status will not accrue points.

We cannot be held responsible for unauthorised use of the Loyalty Card or if lost or stolen. 

Only registered cardholders will be able to receive additional benefits of the Service

Lost or damaged cards can be replaced. There may be a small administration fee of £5 depending on the circumstance 

 

The Collection of Points. 

 

Privacy Policy and Data Protection: 

Any personal information We gather from you for the purposes of the administration of the scheme will be held securely by Us in accordance with Data Protection law, and will not be passed on to any third party. We may seek to contact you by email to keep you informed of any significant changes to the Service.

If you have ticked the “I would like to receive updates and special offers by email” box on the registration form you agree to us emailing you of any special offers which We believe may be of interest to you via the email registered to your account.    

If you have ticked the “I would like to receive updates and special offers by text” on the registration form you agree to us texting you of any special offers which We believe may be of interest to you via the phone number registered to your account.    

Please notify us as soon as possible if you change your name and address by either email to [email protected], sending a letter to The Canary & Linnet, Main Road, Little Fransham, Dereham NR19 2JW, or in person at the Canary and Linnet. 

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to Our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

 

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
